Turning Enterprise Complexity into Clarity —
Through Agile Operating Models
TRUSTED BY

Why Agile Breaks at Enterprise Scale
Agile initiatives often stall when organizations scale beyond individual teams.
What works in isolated pilots breaks down once multiple teams, products, and stakeholders are involved.
The challenge is rarely the teams themselves - it is the operating model.
Without clear decision rights, governance structures, and alignment between strategy and execution, agile becomes fragmented, slow, and unpredictable at scale.
This is where my work focuses: designing and stabilizing enterprise agile operating models that restore clarity, flow, and execution capability.
My Focus Areas
Designing and stabilizing agile operating models to enable effective execution at scale.
Agile Operating Models & Delivery Alignment
Large-Scale Agile Delivery & ART Stabilization
Transformation Governance & Leadership Alignment
Strategy, governance, and delivery alignment across portfolios and value streams.
Stabilizing execution in complex, multi-team environments.
Decision rights and governance structures for confident leadership steering.
